Think you are Ready to buy a home?

Not sure where to start?

Here are the basics of how to get started on the home buying process, and when you're ready to know more give me a call!

- **Start Saving Early for a down payment**.  
    - The more you can put down, the better type of loan you can get sometimes.  FHA loans are typically 3.5% down payment.  Whereas some Conventional loans require a little as 5% down payment.
- **Meet with a Mortgage Pro to explore options**.  
    - Do this now.  Even if you are not going to purchase for several months, even a year away.  The conversation you will have with a mortgage professional will only benefit you now and in the future!
- **Know how much you can afford per month on a house payment**.  
    - Figure this number out, run it by your mortgage guy and get the exact amount you can go up to on a purchase of a new home.  The saying "house poor" is when you pay TOO much per month on a mortgage!!
- **Call me so I can find you the best home! **
